"Heart of Wholeness" Healing weekend: Immersed in Luke

Make plans to attend this spirit-filled weekend, sponsored by the Good Shepherd chapter, in Vancouver, WA. Everyone in Region 6 is warmly invited to meet, greet and learn  about the book of Luke with Rev. Derek Lightbourne. Keynote speaker for the healing weekend is the Rev Derek Lightbourne, New Zealand Past National Chaplain and Missioner. He is an ordained Anglican minister, married to Ruth and they have three adult children. In his retirement ministry he is involved in healing and wholeness, and from travel to different parts of the planet, encouraging people in care of creation. He loves the outdoors and exercises by mountain biking Derek was called to the healing ministry after a Life in the Spirit Seminar in the 1970’s. He served as Vicar in 4 parishes and has previously ministered in the United States in healing missions and a Regional Conference. Presently in the New Zealand OSL he is Convenor of the Planning Group for the forthcoming International Conference in October 2013. A particular interest in the healing ministry of Jesus comes from post-graduate studies in pastoral ministry, and in particular Luke’s insights on Jesus’ healing. This will be a focus in the addresses.
